Description

Our tubed water cold plates brazed or welded heat sinks are cost-effective and offer good bulk heat removal for low-to-medium watt densities. Water or water/glycol are the most common fluids used in liquid cooling, it can also be gasoline, oil, and refrigerant as other examples.
