Description


Our tubed water cold plates brazed or welded heat sinks are cost-effective and offer good bulk heat removal for low-to-medium watt densities. Applications include IGBT modules, Lasers, Electric Vehicles, Industrial power converters, UPS, Medical appliance and so on. Water or water/glycol are the most common fluids used in liquid cooling, it can also be gasoline, oil, and refrigerant as other examples.

To solve challenging thermal requirements, tubed cold plates' dimensions, tubing configurations and more can be custom designed to optimize performance.

  • Tube and base bonded by highly conductive epoxy
  • Flow path depending on the location of heat sources
