Applications include IGBT modules, Lasers, Electric Vehicles, Industrial power converters, UPS, Medical appliance and so on. Water or water/glycol are the most common fluids used in liquid cooling, it can also be gasoline, oil, and refrigerant as other examples.

To solve challenging thermal requirements, tubed cold plates' dimensions, tubing configurations and more can be custom designed to optimize performance.
