Product Description
An extruded copper heat pipe heat sink is a type of heat sink that utilizes heat pipes made of copper to efficiently dissipate heat from electronic components. Heat pipes are sealed copper tubes that contain a small amount of working fluid, typically water or a mixture of water and other substances. The extruded Copper Heat Sink is designed with multiple heat pipes embedded within a copper base plate. The base plate is usually made through an extrusion process, which involves forcing molten copper through a shaped die to form a continuous profile. This extruded base plate provides a large surface area for heat transfer.The heat pipes within the heat sink are responsible for transferring heat from the source, such as a CPU or GPU, Finned Heat Sink to the base plate. When the heat source heats up the working fluid inside the heat pipes, Microchannel Condenser it vaporizes and travels to the cooler end of the heat pipe. At the cooler end, the vapor condenses back into liquid form, Pin Fin Heat Sink releasing the heat to the surrounding environment. This condensed liquid then returns to the heat source through capillary action, completing the heat transfer cycle.The extruded copper Heat Pipe Heat Sink offers several advantages.
